the Zoom platform for the first time, the system will automatically offer you to download
the Start Zoom client – accept the system offer and after downloading start the installed
client. If your browser displays a warning “This website is trying to open Zoom Meetings”, click on “Open”).
2. Make sure that the field “Name” in Zoom shows your real name. The moderator adds a
person to the Conference only after checking the list of participants. It is possible to correct the name at the beginning of the conference (click the “Participants” – “More” – button opposite your name in the right window that appears – “Rename”).
3. After logging in, you will enter the virtual Conference Waiting Room. Wait for confirmation from the conference organizer.
4. After entering the conference, choose the option “Enter with sound”- “Computer”.
5. The first part of the plenary session does not include discussion of reports and questions to the speakers. All questions can be discussed at the round tables.
6. At the end of the plenary session, exit the conference. After a break, follow the link of
your round table.
7. On the round tables to ask questions to the speaker or comment on what you heard you
can chat at Zoom.
8. If there is time for discussion, the moderator may turn on the microphone for participants in the hall. If you’d like to ask a question please use chat or the raise a virtual hand.
9. You can support the speaker and evaluate the performance with the “Reactions” button.
10. At the end of the round table, exit the conference.
